Blake Shelton breaks silence on Gwen Stefani divorce rumours: 'I started noticing these articles popping up'

Country music star Blake Shelton is clearing things up.
The 49-year-old singer, who is married to No Doubt's Gwen Stefani, spoke about the state of their marriage on Country Countdown USA.
The God's Country singer spoke about the constant speculation surrounding their union and rumours of a divorce. The pair tied the knot back in 2021.

He confirmed the pair are in fact, not splitting up or divorcing.
"Starting in October, I think, or maybe November, I started noticing these articles popping up about 'Blake and Gwen, they're split up. They're not even seeing each other anymore, they're going through a divorce'," he said on Country Countdown USA.
"Then, a week later, a picture comes out of us walking out of the grocery store … 'Oh, they're back together again!'"

"And another week goes by and we're not seen at the grocery store … 'They're divorcing,'" he added.
He said there's often fake photos of him and his wife on the internet and added that he doesn't "believe anything anymore that I see on the internet".
Before their marriage, Stefani was previously married to rocker Gavin Rossdale, who she shares three sons with.
Shelton was also married twice before, once to singer Miranda Lambert and to teacher Kaynette Williams respectively.

Last year, Rossdale made a rare comment on his split from Stefani.
He appeared on Dinner's on Me with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and it was revealed that the Modern Family star had purchased their old house.
Rossdale said he and Gwen had some wonderful times in the home.
''That was such an exciting time. I was there for a number of years when we were just together, when we got married, we had our first kid there," he said.
''Gwen did do a beautiful job on the nursery. That house has fantastic memories."
