'We Don't Talk': Telling new lyrics 'confirm' Hilary Duff's feud with sister Haylie
It appears Hilary Duff's lips are sealed no longer.
The singer has appeared to give rare insight into the familial feud she is long rumoured to be embroiled in with sister Haylie Duff.
In the 2000s the pair seemed inseparable, considered red carpet royalty and consistently collaborating on various projects – but now, their relationship appears to have been reduced to communication via song lyrics.

The upcoming release, entitled We Don't Talk was debuted at a recent show in London, and paints a heart-wrenching picture of the pair's alleged estrangement.
Hilary, 38, admitted in the song that she was "unsure" of what she'd done to cause the rift between her and her older sister, 40.
"Not even sure what it was about," she sang, "if I did something different would you feel something different? Would you at least let me hear you out?"
It became clear Haylie was the subject of Hilary's latest offering when the lyrics alluded to their shared childhood.

"'Cause we come from the same home, from the same love, a different combination but the same love."
The ex-Disney starlet then expressed her desire to "get back to how [she and Haylie] were as kids."
"People ask me how you're doing, I wanna say amazing but the truth is I don't know, what I always end up saying is how we don't talk."
The sisters have not been photographed together in public in over five years, with their last known sighting together being a Los Angeles shopping spree in 2019.

Fans then noticed a pointed shift in the sisters' public interactions via social media, with neither acknowledging the other's birthday, or interacting with each others' posts for several years.
Hilary Duff first rose to fame as the breakout star of hit 2000's Disney fixture Lizzie McGuire – but was always more than happy to share the spotlight with her older sister.
They jointly starred in 2006 film Material Girls, with Haylie then going on to make several guest appearances on Lizzie McGuire in the years that followed.
The sisters even released a chart-topping cover of The Go-Go's Our Lips are Sealed together.
Speaking with Rolling Stone during her recent media tour for comeback hit Mature, Duff gave rare insight into the "family drama" she's faced over the past few years.
Hilary admitted she finally feels "ready to fill in the blanks and share with people and connect with them on the level of now."
She went on to say that through her new music, she "finally felt safe enough and comfortable in my own family to step outside and open that part of myself up again."
The rift between the Duff's recently became even more evident after eagle-eyed fans noticed that the actress and singer had 'liked' a very pointed Instagram post.
The post in question was promoting Ashley Tisdale's recent essay penned for The Cut, which documented her experience with a "toxic mum group" Hilary was rumoured to have been a part of.
"LEAVE YOUR TOXIC FRIENDS BEHIND YOU IN 2026, says @ashleytisdalefrench," the caption of the post read.
