A billionaire father, a model mother and seven siblings: A glimpse inside Nicola Peltz's family life
This week, Brooklyn Beckham stunned the world by confirming his estrangement from his famous family and parents David and Victoria Beckham in a statement.
It contained bombshell allegations against his footballer father and Spice Girl mother and claims about the way they've allegedly treated his wife, American actress Nicola Peltz Beckham, 31.
While Brooklyn insisted he does "not want to reconcile with [his] family," it would seem the 26-year-old is relying on Nicola's famous – not to mention incredibly wealthy – family for emotional support in these trying times.
Nicola's father is billionaire Nelson Peltz, 83, while her mother is model Claudia Heffner Peltz, 70.
It appears Brooklyn has forged a strong bond with his new family, often appearing in pictures with the Peltz clan that are shared online on his and Nicola's social pages.
Let's take a look at Brooklyn's influential in-laws.

A billionaire 'activist investor' father
Nelson Peltz, according to Forbes, is worth a cool $US1.6 billion (approx $2.3 billion). In comparison, David and Victoria Beckham have a combined net worth of £500 million ($980 million), according to The Sunday Times Rich List.
The businessman founded investment firm Trian Fund Management, and reportedly only recently stepped down as the non-executive chairperson of fast food giant Wendy's.
Nelson, who hails from Brooklyn, New York, but has a sprawling $US372 million mansion (a reported worth) in Palm Beach, Florida, has been described by US media as an "activist investor".
According to reports, he previously had shares in Disney.
Nicola appears extremely close to her father, and wrote in an Instagram birthday tribute to her dad just last year: "Happy birthday dad! I am so lucky to be your daughter, you're the most loving and supportive father I could ever dream of."
She said he is the "wind beneath my wings".
"I love you more than I could ever begin to express - you're the wind beneath my wings. I loved celebrating you yesterday! thank you for always being there for us - our constant love and support ?✨?."

A model mother
The actress is also incredibly close to her model mother and, on January 16, shared a tribute to her.
"I love you mom, so so much ?," Nicola wrote.
"I don't know what I would do in life without your love. thank you for being you, the most beautiful human inside and out, there is truly no one like you."
Brooklyn released his damning statement about his family on January 20 while Nicola paid tribute to her mother on Friday, January 16 – a now eyebrow-raising move coming shortly before her husband slammed his parents.
Nicola's parents have a rock-solid marriage and tied the knot decades ago back in 1985. It is his second marriage.https://www.instagram.com/p/DTjYHTrEcJy/?igsh=NHAyemxzYjVvZGg%3D&img_index=1
Seven siblings
Nelson is a father of 10 in total, and he and Claudia have eight kids together: Matthew, Will, Brad, Brittany, Diesel, Nicola, Zachary and Gregory.
Nicola's brother Will Peltz, 39, has also made a name for himself in acting and appeared in the hit show, Manifest.
It's reported three of her brothers became hockey players.
Nicola spoke about her brothers' positive influence in her life in an interview with Cosmopolitan.
"I think growing up with six brothers, they've drilled into my brain, "You're amazing. You're amazing," especially with relationships," she said when asked if she is "confident".
"I've only had three boyfriends because I've always been standoffish until I really like someone.
"My brothers were always like, "No. You deserve better. You deserve better. You deserve better."
She also touched on her parents' relationship and decades-long marriage, saying they "act like young kids in love" and are incredibly happy, often pack on the PDA and are loved up to this day.
"I would never settle for anything other than that," she said.
Nicola also revealed the sweet advice about love her parents once gave her while speaking to Glamour in a joint interview with Brooklyn.
"My parents always said, 'When you meet the right person, you'll just know'," she said.
"As a kid I was like, What does that even mean? But it's real. It's this calm feeling, a sense of safety that takes over your whole body. I'd never felt that before."
