Cruz Beckham takes a swipe at Brooklyn for 'breaking mama's heart' amid ongoing family feud

Cruz Beckham has seemingly fired another very public shot at his older brother Brooklyn Beckham in his new song.

The 21-year-old singer is currently touring the UK and has been performing a new song titled Loneliest Boy, which appears to be a thinly veiled swipe at his brother, given their feud has dominated headlines in recent months.

Cruz sings about a lonely boy "breaking" his mum's heart.

The lyrics include, "Loneliest boy, mama don't talk too much / It's breaking hеr heart / It shows in the small things that you don't do."

The new song hasn't yet been officially released, but he's been giving fans a rendition of it on stage and the lyrics have been added to Genius.

The lyrics seem to hint at the rift between Brooklyn and the rest of his family.

Another verse includes, "Loneliest boy, place all your bets on him, to find something bad in somebody good, he always does.

"Loneliest boy, I hope that you're listening. Don't push all your friends away, when we're tryna show you love."

Elsewhere, the chorus goes: "So tell me you're scared, and that you need someone to hold. Cause you're in the room but really, does it even show?

"But, why can't they see that you're a million miles away. They'll never know, when you look so close." The Beckham family: Cruz Beckham, Harper Beckham, David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, Romeo Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Beckham at the Victoria Beckham Spring/summer 2023 Runway show on September 30, 2022 in Paris, France.

The new track from the aspiring musician comes after Brooklyn's scathing takedown of his family in January on social media.

In the blistering statement, he accused his parents, Sir David and Victoria Beckham of "controlling" him, along with other claims about his wedding day and their view on his relationship with his now wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.

It was the first time the feud had been made public, and in the months since, his parents have attempted to extend an olive branch.

For his 27th birthday earlier this month, David and Victoria shared throwback photos and sent messages through social media, using his childhood nickname Bust.

It seems as though Brooklyn's feelings are unchanged, and he snubbed Victoria on UK Mother's Day, instead sending a message to his mother-in-law for her birthday.

Cruz was also recently asked about the state of his relationship with his brother while in Paris with his girlfriend Jackie Apostel.

"Any chance you guys will repair the relationship? Are you hopeful for that?" a paparazzi asked him.

"I'd hope so," Cruz said in response to the question.
