Sunday Rose stuns as she makes her Met Gala debut alongside mum Nicole Kidman amid family drama

Nicole Kidman's model daughter Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban has just made her grand Met Gala debut.

The 17-year-old, who has modelled for the likes of Dior and watch brand Omega, looked incredibly fashionable on the industry's night of nights wearing a lilac Dior creation by Jonathan Anderson.

Sunday Rose walked the red carpet and attended the event alongside her Hollywood actress mother, 58, who is a co-chair of the event this year.

Sunday Rose turned heads in her frock, which featured a strapless and layered design and chic floral embellishment.

She teamed the look with matching featured lilac heels and wore ornate Dior earrings to compliment her outfit.

Sunday Rose had flowing long dark locks, appearing to be extensions, and appeared in high spirits as she posed alongside her actress mother who was wearing a red Chanel frock.

Nicole's gown featured a sequinned design, with a long train and red feathers on the wrists.

In year's past, Nicole has walked the red carpet at the Met Gala alongside her now ex-husband, Kiwi rocker Keith Urban, 58.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Kidman and Urban had finalised their divorce, per People.

The former couple tied the knot in Sydney's Manly in 2006 and were married for a total of 19 years. They first met in 2005 at a G'Day LA event.

People confirmed the sad news Kidman and Urban had separated after 19 years of marriage in September, with a source telling the publication that Kidman "didn't want this" and had been "fighting to save the marriage".

The former couple finalised their divorce in January and Sunday Rose, along with younger sister Faith, are with their mum for a majority of time, per their custody agreement.

It was reported just last week that Sunday Rose had unfollowed her rocker father on Instagram, but she has since refollowed him.

Things are reportedly tense between Urban and his daughters, with a source claiming they have taken Kidman's side in it. 

"He is the cause of every problem in their minds and it's harrowing for him," the source told Daily Mail

"He loves those girls, but they are so angry at him and they're blaming him."

Urban and Kidman have tried to keep things amicable during the split, but the girls are "hurt" and have sided with their mum. 

Sunday Rose recently gushed about her mum and their relationship in an interview with Elle Magazine Australia, saying: "My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life."

"She's a key part of everything I do," she added.
