Cruz Beckham's three-word response when asked in the street if he'll reconcile with Brooklyn
Cruz Beckham is hopeful that he can repair the relationship with his older brother, Brooklyn, as the public fallout between his family continues.
Cruz was asked by paparazzi if he had any messages for his estranged brother, who turned 27 yesterday, as he was walking through London with girlfriend Jackie Apostel.
"Do you have any well-wishes for your brother? It's his birthday today," the person recording asked Cruz in a video obtained by Hello!
"Happy Birthday," he replied, smiling at the camera.
The person recording then asked about the possiblility of repairing the relationship between himself and his brother, to which he gave a three-word reply: "I'd hope to."
While David and Victoria Beckham are at the centre of the feud with their eldest, Brooklyn, his younger brothers, Cruz and Romeo, have also been caught up in the fight.
The eldest Beckham child has been absent from every family event since his father's 50th birthday bash, including Cruz's 21st last month.

Cruz was the first person in the Beckham family to directly address the rumours of a feud publicly, with a statement shutting down reports that his parents had unfollowed Brooklyn on Instagram.
Alongside a photo of the news report about his parents, Cruz wrote: "NOT TRUE.
"My mum and dad would never unfollow their son… Let's get the facts right.
"They woke up blocked… as did I."
Rumours of a feud plagued the family for nearly two years before Brooklyn finally addressed them in a lengthy statement on Instagram in January, just weeks after Cruz posted about being blocked by his brother.
"I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private," he started the bombshell six-page statement.
"Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
"I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life.
"For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.
"Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they'll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out."
Speculation of drama between Victoria and Brooklyn's now wife Nicola Peltz first started around the time of their wedding, something he also addressed in his statement.
The aspiring chef claimed that his mum "cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour, despite how excited she was to wear her design."
Brooklyn also claimed that he was told by members of his family that Nicola was "not blood" and "not family" in the lead-up to their wedding.
He believes that by standing up for himself, it opened him up to "endless attacks" from his parents both privately and publicly, dragging his brothers into it too.
"The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards," he continued.
He alleged that he has been "controlled by my parents for most of my life" but stepping away from them has made his anxiety disappear.
