Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple Martin hits back at rumours she was 'expelled' from school for 'bullying'
Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple Martin has released a statement hitting back at claims she was expelled from a school for bullying.
The 21-year-old, who is the daughter of Paltrow, 53, and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 48, said the rumours had gotten "out of hand" and now she needed to take action.
Rumours started swirling about Apple after the Le Bal des Débutantes, or the debutante ball, in Paris in 2024, which she attended.

Apple, who is believed to be attending Vanderbilt University and will graduate soon, shared an Instagram story captioned: "Just a quick little message from myself."
She shared a comment she had written to a person whose name was blurred out.
"Hi! I didn't wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand," she wrote.

"I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.
"I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl can share their opinions."
She added: "But this rumour is completely untrue, I am not that type of person and anyone who is close to me knows that ❤️."
The rumours started circulating two years ago when a video went viral of Apple appearing to crash a fellow debutante's photo shoot.
But the debutante in question later shut down the rumours, telling People at the time: "[Apple's] genuinely the nicest girl ever! She really doesn't deserve an ounce of what she's getting.
"She was the nicest girl ever towards not only me but all the debs!"

It comes after Apple told Vogue that she now wants to follow in the footsteps of her famous mother and go into acting.
"I was in that rebellious, 'I don't wanna be like my parents' type of phase," she began.
"I don't wanna be a singer... My dream is to act," she told the publication.
Just late last year, Apple made her music video debut after copping backlash for her singing during a live performance.
She appears in an official video clip for indie band Jade Street and their song Satellites.
