Luke Combs pulls out of Super Bowl show at the last minute: 'Family comes first'
Country music star Luke Combs won't be hitting the stage at the EA Sports' Madden Bowl on Friday (US time) ahead of the Super Bowl weekend.
The Fast Car hitmaker, 35, was due to perform at the pre-show event on February 6, but EA Sports shared the news that he pulled out of it in a post on Instagram.
Combs later confirmed the news, sharing a post on his stories that read: "So sorry to miss y'all at Madden Bowl, but family always comes first."

He added: "Have a great time."
The last minute drop out comes amid his wife Nicole Combs' pregnancy. She's expecting their third child and they recently announced the happy news.
Combs is also father to sons Tex, three, and Beau, two, with Nicole, 33.

In their post, EA Sports wrote: "Update: Luke has to hold it down at home with a new one on the way.
"All love for Luke and his family – and we can't wait to put on an unforgettable #MaddenBowl with @zachlanebryan leading an incredible night of music and football for the fans."
Other performers set to headline the event include Teddy Swims, who recently performed at the NRL Grand Final, and Zach Bryan.
The Super Bowl match will see the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks go head-to-head on the field, with the sporting event drawing in millions of viewers around the world. 
Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, who recently appeared at the Grammys, will headline the coveted Super Bowl halftime show.

He scooped up Album of the Year for Débi Tirar Más Fotos, in a historic win, among some of his gongs.
Rockers Greenday will also perform at the opening ceremony and Charlie Puth will sing the American national anthem.
