Songstress Mariah Carey is not known for being low key.

But the singer performed at the Winter Olympics 2026 Opening Ceremony while decked out in 306 carats of diamonds.

Her diamond necklace alone was a whopping 185 carats, which was paired with a 20-carat pendant, 56-carat bracelet and 66-carat pair of diamond drop earrings.

She matched the diamonds with a custom white bustier gown and feather stole, made by Roberto Cavalli's creative director Fausto Puglisi.

She sang the Italian classic Volare and her own song, Nothing Is Impossible,.

"For me, true luxury is about emotion, discretion, and timelessness. Seeing Mariah wear our work on such a historic stage is deeply meaningful," Levuma founder and creative director Ali Khalil said.

She wore a 204.38-carat "Rosée Éternelle" diamond necklace and matching earrings from the brand, which were worth $14 million ($US10 million).

The We Belong Together singer is known for her love of glitz and glamour, after wearing dozens of iconic outfits and jewels.

On the cover of a 2018 magazine she flaunted a $37,000 gold Cartier necklace.

She was also famously proposed to by Australian billionaire James Packer with a massive 35-carat diamond ring in 2016. Mariah Carey accepts the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award during the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards at UBS Arena on September 07, 2025 in Elmont, New York.

After the pair split, she reportedly kept the ring as part of a financial settlement agreement.

She later sold it for a rumoured $2.9 million ($SUS2.1 million).
