Barry is known for his work as a producer on the likes of Enchanted, Dirty Grandpa and Life as We Know It.
Multiple outlets are reporting he filed for divorce from Brooke in December 2024, per court documents.
Per reports about the documents released by the Justice Department, Barry and Epstein were in contact as recent as 2018.
Epstein reportedly provided Barry financial loans and Barry would help organise set visits for young women Epstein knew.
"I am overwhelmed by your friendship," Barry once wrote to Epstein about one loan.
Epstein once reportedly asked Barry in emails from 2011, if he knew any women in their 20s who could work as an assistant.
"I have 'the' girl," Barry reportedly wrote, adding in part: "Young, attractive, insane rack."

"I knew nothing about him," Barry told Variety, adding: "You learn more and you distance yourself completely."
"There's no excuse for what I said in some of my emails. The language was crude and juvenile, and I'm ashamed," he told the publication.
"While I did attend social events with Epstein, and he did visit my sets twice, I never traveled with him on his plane, visited his island, or saw him in the company of minors.
"In my 47 years working in the entertainment industry, I've encountered thousands of people.
"My biggest regret, bar none, is that I foolishly believed his denials of wrongdoing.
"I was impressed by his circle of acquaintances from varied industries, and it blinded me.
"I apologise to all who were hurt by this clearly terrible and depraved individual."
