Brooklyn and Nicola turn heads at godfather Elton John's Oscars party

Brooklyn Beckham and his actress/producer wife Nicola Peltz have appeared on the red carpet at his godfather Elton John's Oscars viewing party.
The couple's appearance at the sought-after bash will no doubt be dissected by those closely watching the drama that has been playing out between Brooklyn and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.
Sir Elton is a very close friend of the Beckhams, but is also Brooklyn's godfather.

The music icon made it clear he was supporting Brooklyn in the early days of the falling-out with his parents, before his godson launched a blistering attack on his famous family earlier this year.
In 2025, when Brooklyn took to Instagram to mark five years since he proposed to Nicola, John was among those who congratulated the pair.
"Happy Anniversary to the sweetest, most loving couple," he wrote, alongside a number of red heart emojis.

It was a very public show of support for Brooklyn and his wife, whose 2022 wedding seems to have been the catalyst for the couple's very public falling out with his parents.
Earlier this year, Brooklyn gave his side of the drama in a blistering post on his Instagram story.
He took aim at his mother in particular for issues that arose on the eve of the wedding, and also at the reception, where he claimed Victoria hijacked a wedding dance meant for himself and his new bride.
"My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song," he wrote. 
"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife, but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.
"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."
Sir Elton, who is also godfather to Brooklyn's brother Romeo, was reportedly among the guests at the wedding and has tried to smooth things over between the two parties.
He reportedly attempted to help mend the rift between Brooklyn and his parents last year by acting as a mediator.
Sadly, he was unsuccessful.
Brooklyn failed to publicly mention his mother on Mother's Day in the UK on Sunday.
The hot sauce owner instead took to Instagram to wish his mother-in-law a happy birthday in a gushing post.
"Happy birthday to the best mother-in-law," he wrote. "Love u so much and hope u had the most amazing day."
